Meet Our Executive Team

Dr. Andy has over 15 years of experience in pediatric dentistry. He attended Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, and qualified for the Health Professions Scholarship. He served as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force. Andy graduated with the Deans Clinical Achievement Award and has practiced pediatric dentistry since completing his specialty training and residency.

Adam draws on a robust, more than a decade of healthcare business administration and sales marketing expertise. Drawing from his passion as an entrepreneur, he has built, operated, and sold multiple businesses in the healthcare field.

Mike's passion is connecting with others personally and professionally to achieve increased growth and progress.

LeeAnn adds 40 years of experience to the operational support that SDS offers its dentists, staff, and partners. A highlight during her career is that LeeAnn helped start and develop the practice coaching team with "Dental Boot Kamps." The program aligned dental operation best practices from patient care to sourcing and everything in between. Her in-office expertise adds a valuable, unique perspective to our group in developing and implementing systems for success.
